Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of growise24.com and all Growise products and services. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Growise reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use Growise. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using Growise on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use passwordless authentication (magic links, Google, and Apple sign-in) — you are responsible for keeping access to your email and connected accounts secure.

You may not share your account, transfer it to another person, or use it to provide services to third parties without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use Growise to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
• Use AI-generated outputs to misrepresent AI content as entirely human-written in contexts where disclosure is legally required
• Circumvent credit limits, payment systems, or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to Growise tools without our written agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Growise uses AI models to generate content based on your inputs. You own the outputs generated using your account. However:

• We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI outputs before publication or commercial use.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content without human review.

Free trial credits (3 per day for the first 15 days from signup) reset at midnight UTC and do not carry over. Paid credits never expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Monthly engine subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Founding member pricing (30% off, locked in for life) applies only to accounts created during the founding period and is tied to continuous subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

Monthly Engine services (Brand Engine, Visibility Engine, Wholesale Engine) and one-time Projects are delivered asynchronously by email. Every new Monthly Engine engagement begins with a free sample — one of each deliverable, human-reviewed and specific to your business. If you choose to proceed, a payment method is collected before the first full month begins; your card is not charged until month 2. Growise reserves the right to decline an engagement if it falls outside our service scope.

Deliverables are defined in the service descriptions at the time of purchase. Revisions are included as specified per plan. Additional revision rounds may incur additional charges.

All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Growise. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Content you provide as input (brand profile, briefs, uploaded materials) remains your property. AI-generated outputs created using your inputs are owned by you, subject to the terms of our underlying AI model providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Growise in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
